What we owe each other, both ways.

Ovydo is a marketing workspace for creating, planning, approving and publishing social media content, and for following the conversations and results that come next.

Ovydo is operated by LITTLAB PRAXIS LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States.

Ovydo is intended primarily for professional use. A person subscribing for an organisation must have authority to bind it. Each authorised member uses an individual account. This professional orientation does not remove any mandatory rights that apply to a person acting as a consumer.

Your content stays yours. We only use it to display it, store it, schedule it and send it to the networks you choose.

You answer for what it contains.

Do not use Ovydo to harass, deceive, send spam, infringe the rights of others or publish what the law forbids. We may suspend an account used this way; we tell you why and how to contest it.

Ovydo publishes through the interfaces the networks provide. When you connect an account, you also accept that network’s own terms (for YouTube: the YouTube Terms of Service). When a network changes its rules, interrupts its interface or suspends an account, the related feature stops and we say so in the application; the post stays in Ovydo rather than vanishing.

AI suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to content supplied to others. Check their facts, rights and suitability before using or publishing them. Only submit material you are entitled to use. AI assistance is not a substitute for professional advice and must not be used for unlawful or high-impact automated decisions about people. Your rights in inputs remain yours; any rights in outputs depend on applicable law and third-party rights.

The plans and their limits are described on the Pricing page. For a paid plan, the price and the billing period are shown before you confirm. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid. Price changes are announced 30 days in advance and never apply retroactively.

We work to keep Ovydo available and announce planned maintenance in advance. We do not guarantee a commercial result: a tool does not make an audience.

You can stop using Ovydo and delete your account at any time. We may end the service for you with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of serious breach of these terms.

You are responsible for the rights in your content, the access you authorise and checking content before publication. Ovydo does not guarantee marketing results or control decisions made by social networks. We remain responsible for our own obligations and for processing entrusted to our providers to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that the law does not permit to be excluded.
